The cost of return is for your own account. You can use the following address:

We offer a refund of the purchase price (and the freight costs, if the complete shipment is returned) on items returned in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase and return form to the above address. This means that the items must be unused and, insofar as possible, packed in the original packaging with attached card or sticker. The one-off fitting is not considered use. 

The refund will be made to the original bank account, used at the order.
